Therefore, do not keep a long gap between two meals. Instead, you can have at least 2 small meals in between your main meals or meals. This will help in improving metabolism and digestion.

  • Do not drink water with and immediately after meals

So try not to drink water with or after meals. Water should be consumed 30 minutes before and after your meal.

  • Avoid drinking soda and cola
